SHIPPING

Our treats are made-to-order because we don’t carry ANY stock. Orders placed are usually baked and shipped within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. USPS does not pick-up or deliver on weekends and holidays. 

We believe in recycling and reusing, so it’s possible that you may get a box that is from Amazon, or somewhere else! We practice sustainability to recycle, reduce & reuse!

Your patience is appreciated as every treat is baked and decorated by hand. We will do our very best to get your order to you in a timely manner!

HOLIDAYS: Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season (October-December) you may experience extended bake time adding an additional 7 business days.

 

WRONG ADDRESS: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. Please ensure you have reviewed your shipment address prior to finalizing payments.

SPECIAL ORDERS

SPECIAL ORDERS: We would love to help you with your dog’s special order! We make fresh dog birthday cakes and birthday treats. We charge a 7-day rush shipment notice so please let us know ASAP!

We do not ship birthday cakes due to the ingredients being fresh and we do not use preservatives to extend the life! Cakes are available to local Victoria, TX and surrounding areas orders only. Please email us to coordinate date & time.
