At TheDogBFF Barkerie we take pride in crafting high-quality, fresh, and delicious treats for your beloved pets. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for the safety and well-being of all pets, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders or treats once they have been picked up or delivered.
**However, your satisfaction is important to us!**
* **Damaged or Incorrect Orders:** If you receive a product that is damaged during transit/delivery or if there is an error in your order (e.g., incorrect item, wrong flavor not as per your order), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photo evidence of the issue. Depending on the situation, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund.
* **Quality Concerns:** If you have concerns about the quality of our products, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring our treats meet the highest standards.

**Please Note:**
* We cannot accept returns on products that have been consumed or partially consumed.
* We are not responsible for treats that are not enjoyed by your pet, as individual pet preferences vary widely.
* Cancellations for custom orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a store credit. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
