- Yes, all our treats are made with ingredients that are safe for pets. We avoid harmful additives, fillers, and preservatives to ensure every bite is safe and beneficial for your pet.
2. How far in advance should I place a custom order?
- We recommend ordering custom treats 2 weeks in advance, especially during holidays or busy times.
3. What if my pet has allergies?
- It’s important to let us know if your pet has any allergies, and we’ll work to accommodate their dietary needs with alternative ingredients.

5. Do you offer shipping?
- Yes, we ship within the U.S. Some treats don’t ship due their perishable nature. Consider gifting them to a friend!
6. What is your shipping policy?
- We ship most treats within 5-7 business days of your order. Due to our commitment to freshness, certain pet food items may require additional preparation time. We will notify you if any pet food items are out stock or delayed.

- Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
